The Indian Association of Occupational Health founded seven decades ago, is a leading professional body in the development and promotion of occupational health with 3000 members. It is the largest such organization amongst developing countries. IAOH is affiliated to ICOH. The WHO recognises IAOH as a partner for strengthening Occupational Health Asia. IAOH advises the Ministry of Labour, Government of India regarding occupational health policy.
